I am getting a Designjet 6800 set up and am stuck in a printhead replacement cycle. I replaced all the print heads and keep getting this incomplete message.
"Attention The maintenance cartridge can replace only 5 new printheads. This will require several steps. press ok to remove the 3 printheads."
I follow the instructions and remove 3 of the printheads ( it does not indicate which 3 to remove I have tried several variations) and then it checks the printheads and tells me it to put the 3 in so I do that and then I get the same error message.

I have restarted the printer. I have tried to update the firmware but when I do it errors out because the printer isn't "idle" the printer is trying to replace the printheads.
If anyone has a suggestion on what to do that would be amazing.
