Hi, i would like to ask if i can use other 711 ink cartridges instead of introductory ink included in my print head to start-up my newly purchased print head (C1Q10A). I accidentally used the introductory cartridge to my old damaged print head. Then when I'm trying to use those introductory ink to my new print head the printer says that not enough ink replace new cartridges. Does anyone experience it? Pls. help me...so I need a new set of ink?

HP Recommended

The new printhead installation process will ask for a setup cartridges.
