I'm working on the Latex 630W and as the pictures show, over time the image gets worse. The issue occurs before the curing unit. The print heads are only around 4 months old at this point. The printer does claim to be "low on water" all the time even when the reservoir is full.  Any ideas what would be causing this?

It tends to have more issues when I run prints back to back without giving the printer a break. So, for instance, with the print in the pictures, I ran a 72" x 54" print, printed fine, then I started another and that second print is the second picture (small bleeds of black into gray and white into the black). I canceled that print, switched the print mode to one with bloom level 2, and 6% higher optimizer, and then the results are the 1st picture. This was all printed on IJ180mc-10LSE.

It may be hard to see, but the ink appears to be pooling in the 1st picture. I have the same issue on regular 6 mil and cast vinyl as well.

One last note is that it happens more on darker colors than any others

I can provide more pictures of the same issues if need be.

Thanks in advance to anyone to can help!
