Hello,

Let's install the Preview: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HP_Print_Preview_x64.exe

and use the latest PCL driver: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL93197/win_x64_pcl3_drv.zip

if you plotter support PS use: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL93198/win_x64_ps3_drv.zip

Then enable from the preferences:

Seems to be working properly. Really appreciate you help. I suppose the order of installation did the trick?

Hello,

Sounds good, the solution was the application of the standalone app: HP Print preview and latest compatibility with PCL and HPGL Driver.

Please don't forget kudos and accept my solution.
