My T-130 printer was working fine, started a print job, then stopped with "Printer Failure" and the message "There is a problem with the printer or ink system ... "  i tried the "turn off an on again" ... nothing.  I tried power off-pull the cord- plug in- turn on .... nothing.I unloaded the roll, reloaded the roll, no effect.  I removed and reseated the ink cartridges ... nothing.  I even restarted without the ink, then did an insert ... nothing.

When I try to use the HP Support Assistant for help, it detects my printer, including the serial number, only to be told it's invalid.  I read it directly off the nameplate (check it twice).  The HP DesignJet Utility software says it's there, same serial number, with working printhead.  HP stuff just does not accept my serial number, so i can't even start a troubleshooting process.  This means I now have a very large paperweight.

EDIT:  I also did a firmware update to current version.  Still nothing.

New EDIT: Managed to connect to the internal web page and found an "Ink Sensor Warning" which may point to the problem, but I can't get any virtual assistance, because it still refuses to accept my serial number.

What do I do?
