I recently updated the firmware of my HP DesignJet T100 24-inch printer, and the Printer Preference dialog box has changed to a Windows dialog box instead of the HP application. I've attached photos of how the Printer Preference window used to appear and how it appears now. The Windows Printer Preference dialog box is very barebones compared to the HP Printer Preference dialog box I was using before the firmware update. I'm also unable to set a custom paper size now through the Printer Preference dialog box.
Any help would be appreciated.
This is how the dialog box appears now.
This is the old appearance of the dialog box.
