HP DesignJet T210 24-in Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

HP T210 LARGE FORMAT PRINTER Replaced the cyan cartridge as required. Printer did not recognize ink cartridge with expiration date 2024. So I purchased a whole new set of inks. I replaced Cyan again, and it did not recognize new ink, nor has it recognized ANY of the new ink set. I have thrown away old ink set. I keep getting the error that I still need to replace inks. I have shut down for a day. I have updated drivers and firmware. I AM STUCK LIKE CHUCK AND CANNOT PRINT!!

Examine the cavity where the inks go for any spilled ink. If there is ink then likely there is a leak in the print head and it will require replacement.  I have seen this issue a couple of times where it shows a cartridge problem,  but the printhead is the actual problem.
