Product: HP Officejet 7612
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The print cartridges are new, the cyan, magenta, yellow, and black print on one of the test reports as about 90% full but after aligning the heads, cleaning the heads twice, the yellow still comes out brown - not yellow.

I understand the yellow is not printing fine. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, this could be an issue with the yellow ink cartridge or the printhead.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
