Product: HP DesignJet T2300 PostScript Multifunction Printer
I have an (old) plotter, that is very sensitive to insults.
The T2300 is now starting to unload paper, somehow incorrectly, after every print job.
We then need to unload the roll that is not loaded. Eventually we get the error cleared (after a lot of restarts) and when we try to load the roll, we get a paper not loaded correctly, more and more often. The printer then gets stuck on the..
- lift blue lever
- remove paper
- lower lever
screen, and then we need to restart the plotter again, is there any thing we can do to
- prevent the plotter from unloading a roll
- get pass the remove roll lever screen
