I am trying to print a banner (size 78in X 24in). My computer has just been connected to the printer so I've never set up printer settings or printed from it yet. However, when I click print and am browsing my printer options...only letter size paper is selected as my paper options. I can create custom sizes but only up to 24X36in. I think that there should probably be a way to tell it to print from the roll, but I can't locate roll anywhere. If it were printing from the roll then possibly I could customize my banner to print larger than 24inX36in, since my roll is 24'' X 150'. Please advise me on how to set up my printer to print from the roll.

Which drivers did you install? You should be using the deignjet/Pagewide XL universal driver. If you allowed the printer to auto install then likely you have a Microsoft driver installed not an HP driver and it will not provide all printing options.
