Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

I can't connect my android 10 to HP Officejet pro 8720,it finds the printer but when it gets to last step it fails to connect,I turned off the router and on again so the printer and mobile and always get the same answer, can't connect.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
