Hello,
I bought Hp designjet Z6 on 2021, when i received the warranty of printheads were already finished. But i installed the same and setup the printer.
Within a month, 1 printhead failed, i registered a complaint with Hp. Those guys took logs and claimed for warranty. The claim procudure never ended. So i bought a new one and replaced.
In the following month other 2 printheads also failed, i raised complaint with service provider. They took logs as usual and no update from them. So i replaced the printhead myself.
But this has not ended here. Every 2 or 3 months all my printheads fail and i get a printhead error. Although there is warranty in new printheads i install, within a month or two it fails.
On the dashboard the printheads life expectancy is mentioned as beyond its life expectancy. But the warranty in prinhead expires on 08/07/2024.
What could be the possible problem.
