Black printhead begins leaking ink during print job. It seems to come out of the connection linkage, not from the heads themselves. Ink pools up, sloshes across pathway, and eventually spills out in great gushes onto floor. Very messy!
At first I blamed the problem on bad printheads, but now after the fourth printhead (very expensive) I'm hoping there might be another issue, hopefully one that can be corrected.
Please help if you have ideas- Thanks!

Generally when this happens and it is not the printheads, the issue is the actual tube assembly which contains the fittings and other items to supply the ink to the printheads. Hard item to get since hp longer supplies the part. You can obtain one from the link below.
