JUST A MESSAGE SAYING "THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRINTHEAD"

NOTHING WILL PRINT AT ALL

If you are getting a printhead error then the first step will be to try a new printhead. There may be other causes but you provide to little information for me to give you other advice.
