many months ago, i replaced the printheads, since the printer asked for it as for my last support request. I haven't used the printer since, but now i need the printer again.
It says that the printhead replacements are not available
It specifically says printhead replacement not completed.
error code on the printheads:
M-C 0x80000
G-PK 0x80000
MK-Y 0x00000

This might help you understand what's happening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsZ1Dqye_Lo
I've looked on their website and the kit doesn't show up but the syringe alone does. May need to make a phone call.
The printheads are still available for this printer through other vendors. I have three printers that take the same printheads as yours and I usually shop on Ebay for replacements. Try to stick with the HP brand as the remanufactured ones don't seem to work/last. Expired printheads are okay to use. I usually try to stay within 5 years of date on the box.
Do you keep the printer plugged in when it's not in use? If you leave it plugged in and turned on it will go to sleep and wake up every few hours to do a maintenance routine that's designed to keep the printheads fresh and ready when you need the printer. Works very well and saves a lot in printhead costs.
Let us know how it goes for you.
