Product: HP DesignJet T2530 36-in PostScript Multifunction Printer

How do I move the printhead once it has docked to the left and I have no access to the maintenance screen, printer believes there is a paper jam, we think it's under the printhead.

If the head moves at all, just pull the cord once the head is uncapped. If it does not move at all you will need to remove right side cover, manually cycle the service station so you can move the printhead manually.
