HP Recommended
Product: HP Designjet 500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Trying to setup this Plotter on a Win 8- 64 bit machine.  Downloaded the drivers from HP website.  When printing getting error 61:05.   HP recommends cleaning the print heads.  I did but still the error persists.   Any Solutions?

More than likely needs a firmware update.
