Product: Designjet 510

I have a printing issue on HP Designjet 510.

The printer randomly reprints the same data or creates white area.

Can anyone tell me what the problem could be?

Dirty drive roller encoder disk or defective drive roller encoder sensor.

Thank you so much.
I am a consumer and it is difficult for me to verify the encondig drive, since I have no spare parts.
I think I accept the idea of replacing the plotter.

It's up to you, you have a minor issue, not too expensive for a repair even if you pay someone to do it.

I really thank you but I don't think it's an isolated issue. Occasionally the plotter does not start well and I'm afraid there is a problem with the logic board, see error 01:10
