Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer enters print mode and starts printing then the middle of printing it starts making weird sounds as if it's jamming making me think the printhead is not align. When we do the calibration and print alignment, we start getting weird prints and error codes. We try doing cleaning, changing printheads and etc. but nothing seems to fix the problem. See attachments.
