Hi,

The System Maintenance Utility will not be related to a problem with the printer driver.

Did you remove the driver as explained on the following doc?

I did like you said, and it is still the same. I see no options to change language in printer utility software.

Here is a list what I did:

1. Uninstall all the HP printer drivers

2. Opened regedit and remove all "Designjet 111" strings

3. Downloaded driver and install it

4. Downloaded printer utility and install it

5. Run the printer utility. It found my printer. Double clicked on it. Then the website was opened. There is some option here but I see no one to change the language. Below is screenshot - maybe I'm blind but see no such option.

I'm using Windows 7 64bit. Here is what I did:

1. Open "printer folder" under "control panel"

2. Highlight Designjet 111 roll printer

3. Hit "delete" but nothing happened (guess it works for windows XP only)

4. Click right mouse button on it and hit "remove". Printer icon then dissapeared

5. Click on "Server properties"

6. Click on "Drivers tab"

7. Click on Designjet 111 roll driver

8. Click on "remove" button

9. Restart computer when prompted

10. Turn on printer

11. Windows show "new hardware" popup" but did not recognize it (driver uninstalled successfully)

12. Download and install driver from link given to me above: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=4123145&swItemId=pl_84217_5&swEnvOid=4063...

13. Restart computer again when prompted

14. Printer is installed, but problem still exists and properties tab is in foreign language. I still can't set any printing options
