Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear,
Can you help me, I have a problem with the HP DesignJet T630 plotter.
The plotter was not used much, it printed only 740 pages. When it signaled that the black cartridge was empty, it was replaced with an original HP712 Black 3ED71A cartridge with a volume of 80ml. After replacing the cartridge, it reports a problem with the black cartridge and does not print /Supply System Problem and in the lower left corner the letter K/. I did a hardware reset, checked if the firmware was updated /is the latest version/ but nothing changed.

Suspecting that the black cartridge, although new, might have a problem with the chip, I advertised it and got a new, original HP712 Black 3ED71A. However, the same problem occurred with it, the plotter still reports an error.

When I put all the cartridges back in the plotter, turned it on, waited for it to report a problem with cartridge K. Then I tried the following, I took out only the red cartridge, the rest were blue, yellow and black, then the error Cartridge Problem appeared and the sign M - red cartridge, black was not a problem.

Next try, I put back the red cartridge and the old, empty black cartridge. The plotter duly signaled that the black cartridge was empty.

Next I tried the following:
checking the firmware, it's OK - the latest version is already installed;
complete reset of the plotter's power supply /Power Cycle/ - did not help;
hardware discharge of static electricity /Power Drain/ - did not help;
checking and deep cleaning of the contacts in the cartridge bed and the head itself, resetting the printer head /Printhead Reset/, checking all cartridges /chain error/ - did not help;
in some support, an attempt to deactivate the cartridge protection is offered, however, this plotter does not have that possibility, there is no Cartridge Protection option to turn it off;

As I have tried all this and nothing has changed, the plotter is unusable, the next option is to replace the plotter head /HP 713 Printhead/. Since the plotter only printed 740 pages, that option seems unlikely to me. And how did the error appear with the replacement of the cartridge? I doubt it's an HP bug, but their service support is terrible.

I have seen leak issues with the monoblock printheads used in these products and failures as low as 500 pages. Check the interior of the plotter for any excess ink as that would be an indication that the printhead is leaking.

No excess ink inside the plotter, no leaks.
