Buongiorno ho un problema di Stampa con il PLOTTER HP DESIGNJET 630, mi continua a dare errore 0942-0188

Ho sostituito delle cartucce inchiostro, ho messo originali, però mi sembrano vecchie dalla data confezione.

Potrebbe essere quello il problema ?? grazie

Troubleshooting steps
  1. Perform a power cycle: Turn the printer on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer, then unplug the other end from the wall. Wait for at least 60 seconds before reconnecting everything and turning the printer back on.
  2. Clean the encoder strip: Locate the encoder strip, which is a thin, clear plastic strip that runs across the carriage path. Gently clean it with a soft, lint-free cloth.
  3. Inspect the encoder strip: Make sure the encoder strip is properly seated and has no tears or kinks. If it appears damaged, it will need to be replaced.
  4. Check for obstructions: Look for any paper scraps or other debris in the carriage path or along the scan axis. Also, check the service station for any issues.
  5. Re-seat parts: If the problem persists, you may need to re-seat the encoder strip and check the connections for the scan axis motor and line sensor.
  6. Contact support: If the error continues after these steps, there may be an internal component failure. Contact HP support for further assistance.
