LA SOLUCIÓN AL PROBLEMA QUE TUVE CUANDO ENVIÉ A IMPRIMIR EN MODO ROLLO FUE QUE ENVIÉ UNA IMPRESIÓN Y EL ROLLO SE CANCELÓ Y SE DESCARGÓ.
SE SOLUCIONÓ CON MANTENIMIENTO FÍSICO AL PLOTTER EN LA ZONA DE REBOBINADO, NO SE AJUSTÓ EL DISCO CODIFICADOR, SE VOLVIÓ A ARREGLAR, SE AJUSTÓ Y SE SOLUCIONÓ EL PROBLEMA. GRACIAS A DIOS. LO PUBLICO PARA QUE SI ALGUIEN TIENE UN PROBLEMA SIMILAR HAGA LO ADECUADO Y SEPA CÓMO REALIZARLOS, TODO APLICA SI NO SE ROMPE EL CODIFICADOR, SI SE ROMPE HAY QUE REEMPLAZAR LA PIEZA.

@MaRGARITA_CASTThank you for posting the solution you found for your problem. From your post it sounds like you want to help others, if that is the case, including a couple of pictures of the part and location in the printer would really help someone who faces this issue but has limited technical experience.
