Product: Designjet T2500PS

Hello I´m having the error 61:08.2 when making a copy this is random. The printer displays the error then it has to be restarted and then I can make the copies again.  Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

61:08.2 Job contains format errors or incorrect settings (advisory)

  1. Ensure that the file format sent is supported by the printer.

  2. Resend the job using the Embedded Web Server.

Only information I could find.

Hi,

 

Try clearing both the Scan and Print Job Queues.

Also ensure that the FW is up to date.

Do a EERom reset, then a HDD recovery

Sadly, no. I ended up  having to replace the HDD.
