Designjet T7200
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am using a Designjet T7200 (since 2014) and have been noticing a problem.  random pages seem to disappear from the middle of my blueprint when I print a multipage PDF.  At first I thought it was something that I did, but when i check the PDF, the page is there, it just didn't print for some reason.

I had another one today, I usually don't find out about it until someone is actually working from it, and I know that I had no problems when this one was printed, no jams, the paper didn't run out, no crashes, nothing special about it.  it was even printed in the middle of a few other print jobs.

Does anyone have any ideas?  Firmware is up to date, just checked that for another issue this week.

Thanks in advance for your help, I can usually figure this stuff out for myself but this has me stumped.

Hello

is your plotter PS ready?

try with postscript

32bits: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL93198/win_x86_ps3_drv.zip

64bits:https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/win-x64-hpgl2-drv.zip

if not I suggest to use the HPGL driver with print as bitmap option, I attached the option to enable: send job as a bitmap : enable it

the driver is :

64 bits: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/win-x64-hpgl2-drv.zip

32bits: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/win-x32-hpgl2-drv.zip

Thanks for getting back to me.  I have no idea about being PS ready or the HPGL drivers.  I'll do some digging and get with my IT guy and see if I can do either of those things.
