Is this error displayed on the front panel on a blue screen such as below:

If yes this is referred to as an assert failure and is a sign of either a corrupted firmware or hardware failure related to the main board.

 

First step is to perform a "full reset" instructions below

This will erase all settings and return unit to out of box setup screens
