in order to solve color problem, you must pay attentions to :
Create your own custom icc profiles for the media you use with that printer. I do not have your model printer, but only little brother printer Z3200 44" printer.. I use the HP Utility to create custom icc profiles for every type of printing medias I use ,
glossy photo paper, satin photo paper, mat canvas ( from Colorado, California, Texas etc . I use Adobe photoshop &
before I print & convert the image to that specially created icc profile, then before I print & use program control
( not printer control ) , also that special icc profile )
try with small size to find the best match color settings...also from time to time to color calibrate the medias you use,
also printheads... if 1 color missing, then whole image color changed....
