Scan failure with T830

Hello,

there's a problem with a T830. When you try to Scan a Document (to Network or to an USB Stick too) the printer will hang up.

The little circle spins around and around and nothing more. Same occurs when you try to copy. I've calibrated the Scanner with

a HP Hotline Member and then I was able to scan three times. And then same error again. At the first try the scanner will feed the document, which is normal. Then it hangs up and when you try a second time there is no paper feeding anymore.

The light from all CIS seems to be ok.

Does anyone know this problem (Electonics module and/or CIS broken)

Try to restore the device to factory defaults and check for latest firmware from HP to update.

I've forgotten to say I've already updated the firmware. How can I do the reset?
