Product: DesignJet T830 (F9A30B)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have tried scanning documents to pdf or tiff format to PC or to USB but the files cannot be read. It is ok if i scan it to JPEG format.
May I know what is the problem?
Thank you.
Lau

Hi!
This a firmware related issue, make sure you have the latest version installed.
The module of the firmware that process compression in this files format (PDF and TIFF) gets easily corrupted during abrupt shutdown or non volatile memory errors. Reinstalling the firmware solves the issue but definitive solution is to upgrade firmware.
Hope it helps!
