hi community ,

 

i having problem to add a network folder using network path instead of IP address 

eg : \\LAPTOP-SN998IU8\Scan   instead of  \\192.168.1.50\Scan

 

i contacted hp support , they told me the machine not supported network path.

i  cannot believe  HP  cannot support network path  scan function in year 2024
