Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

we have an HP DesignJet T2530 plotter in our company, but the "Scan to network" service does not work on the newly set up server, we cannot add the path to the folder on the new server via the network settings. It works on the old one. Are there any conditions, for example what ports should be enabled on the server etc.. ?

What operating systems were the old and new servers? It is possible that newer Microsoft security that disabled SMB 1.0 might be causing you a problem.
