Subject: DesignJet T830 MFP – Scanner Alignment Issue

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my DesignJet T830 MFP. The scanner alignment is not correct. I've attached a sample scanned image for reference.

Scanner calibration also fail due to this issue.

Has anyone experienced this before or can help me resolve it?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,

Please check the scanned image. There are two issues:

  1. A black line.

  2. Alignment issue on both the right and left sides of this black line.

Thanks!
