Product: HP DesignJet T2500

Trying to configure scan to FTP.  Everything is configured correctly, when scanning a 0 byte .tmp file is created.  The HP T2500 user interface shows the scan is completed but the .tmp file remains at 0 bytes and no .PDF file is created.

 

I have tested scanning using a crossover cable to my laptop via CIFS scanning.  Another laptop was used on the same subnet and is successfully able to submit files via FTP to the destination folder with the credentials configured on the plotter.

 

The T2500 is at the latest version of firmware.
