DesignJet T930, error message 02.1:10. This message will not go away. I have unplugged at wall, checked cabling, and rebooted a few times. Would love to be able to diagnose but cannot get passed error message. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I do not have my service manual for this model handy but this error typically indicates a problem with the trailing cable, the one that runs from the printhead to the mainboard. You need to make sure it is properly seated on both ends and not damaged. If those appear seated and undamaged then the carriage PCA is the next thing to consider.
