Trying to set up a scan folder, Designjet T830, plug into One computer only, using an ethernet cable and 5 port switchbox. No issue installing the printer and printing to the T830.
Created and shared network folder, name it T830Scans. at the embedded web server, select Scan to Network tab. fill in needed information, network path. click save and test. I will get an error unable to connect to the remote destination.
Since this is a basic setup, Switchbox between the computer and T830. Do I have to do something different? also there is no internet connection available.

Hello,
let me share another document just in case:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05132977
have you setup a password to share the folder?
if not try to setup an account and password and try again.
also you can check if your printer has latest firmware version installed:
there was some changes related with scan to network authentication
Cheers and GL
