HP DesignJet T1500dr PS
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

The output option Stacker / Stapler is missing in the current universal PS driver for DesignJet devices. We have a T1500dr PS (3EK13A).
How can I activate this again? I have not found anything in the device settings.

With the old T1500 driver there was this option for the PS driver

This may be a translation issue, but I have never come across a stapler unit for a Designjet. I also note that your stated hardware T1500 does not match the driver T1600 so that may cause a configuration issue.

It was a translation issue.

I mean the paper stacker unit which is stacking multiple print outs.

I have two DesignJet printers. One T1500dr PS and the newer T1600dr PS.

In the special driver (not available for download anymore) for the T1500, the output option for stacker or tray is selectable.
In the universal driver, which I should use for the T1600 according to HP, there is no option.
