Product: Ddesignjet T120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm getting a blue screen with the error message B3746FD4.    Does anyone have any other insight on how to fix this or please help me..  Thanks

Hello 

You need to replace HP designjet Encrypted chip 

It is on the mainPCA in USB slot
