I have a T120 (infrequently used) that recently started failing media load.
I have run through the diagnostics and am getting Error Code 55:10. The OOPS sensor appears ok. The Carriage Line Sensor illuminates when trying to load. The machine does take a manually loaded sheet when testing the line sensor.
I've replaced the print head. There does seem to have been an ink leak as the well where the print head sits was filled with ink.
The next step would be the Carriage Line Assembly but I'm wondering how likely that is since it's expensive and complicated to replace.

Hello,
Error "Error Code 55:10" refers to a problem with the Line Sensor and need a onsite engineer to clean/re-fix or identify a part failure that can be replaced. However you may try below steps and check if it works.
* Switch the power off from the back of the product and disconnect the power cord.
* Reconnect the power cord and power on the product.

Hello Jabzi - thank you for the reply. I believe 55:10 can be any of the following: Line sensor failure. Carriage PCA, Trailing Cable, Main PCA.
I don't believe it's the line sensor as the printer will still print from the multi-media tray. It just cannot load a roll.
That would indicate that it may be the carriage PCA?

Hello ,
Agree with the possible root causes you have mentioned.
The error 55:10 indicates a printer situation where it is unable to access the Line sensor. There could be multiple reasons one of them being faulty Carriage/Main PCA. Only a onsite engineer will be able to correctly diagnose the issue.
