Hi, my t120 usually works fine, but some times, the screen starts flashing and ask to restart the machine. I have a rev c machine with latest firmware installed. What could be wrong? Thanks

Hello @pipis7 , how are you ?

Please, try the procedures below:

A hard reset can clear many temporary internal glitches.
  • Step 1: Turn on the printer.
  • Step 2: With the printer still on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the device.
  • Step 3: Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Step 4: Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Step 5: Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet, bypassing any power strips or surge protectors.
  • Step 6: Reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer and turn it on.

Best regards
