T120 Printer with 24" wide roll
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer just started a wrong action.  It begins to print "D" size/actual size (mono), and after 20 seconds, touchscreen says "Cancel Job", and cutter cuts roll paper after 11" or so, has been printed.  Do not recall changing any settings other than "bright white paper".  A year of no problems. Now, this...2 weeks now.  What should I look for?

Usually this is due to a network problem, where communication between computer and printer is compromised in some way.  If you're using wifi, change to a USB cable direct connection.

Our experience  using wifi is that it is a bit unreliable.

Hi.

Yes. If display not show any error code then the connection between PC and plotter have some problem. Check network or cable or driver.
