HP DesignJet T125 24-in Printer
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

The cutter on my T125 24" printer has started jamming - scrumpling the paper rather than cutting and jams within a couple of inches from the left edge.

It has only printed about 1,500 square feet, mostly sheet paper but also about 2 rolls (2'x150') of regular HP paper and 1 roll (2'x100') of HP Heavyweight paper.

Problem first started with the regular weight paper, but it would still cut heavyweight paper.

Now it jams on both types of paper.

Any info about how to check or adjust or repair?

Common issue on printers that use the same cutter as yours. Cutter needs to be replaced. https://www.amazon.ca/CQ890-60238-CQ890-67066-Floating-Assembly-Designjet/dp/B07HDDP4WD

There are also sellers on Ebay showing a replacement gear that is made out of metal but I have never tried it so I cannot vouch for that fix.
