Product: HP DesignJet T130 24-in Printer

The printer just started printing only in Magenta, now it won't print at all. This message is on the screen. "There is a problem with the printer or ink system."Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact customer support."

I have taken out cartridges, checked ink levels, unplugged unit to reset and pushed power button for a hard reset. What else can I do?
