Product: T1300 eprinter 44"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a T1300 eprinter serial # [edited]. The #2 Rewind motor is burnt out and I have had no luck sourcing one.Could you either advise where I could secure one or could you advise as to wether one can over ride the second rewind spindle and just use the top one. If this is possible could you please advise? Regards Rob

Hi,

 

what is the issue exactly, do you have an error code? when starting the plotter? and about overriding the rewinder isn't possible because its a hardware check of component is rewinder connector is missed it can block the boot HW check.
