Product: T2500
A client of mine has a T2500 and they're getting the "no disk detected" error (06.1:10)
I suspect I know the answer here, but can we get any 2.5" form factor SATA drive, or do we need to get the specific part "CR357-67095" hard drive because of the firmware? We have several SSDs/HDDs available we could toss in there if any drive will do; my understanding though is that these drives have a custom firmware and we can't just load it onto any drive.

You can't use any disk, the firmware must be loaded on disk for a printer to boot.
