DesignJet T2530

DesignJet T2530 is repeatedly displaying error code 21.2:13.  We have spoken the HP phone support which did not yield a solution.  We have rebooted the plotter several times.  Still nothing.  It looks like we may have to opt for a very expensive service call unless someone has any other suggestions.

It's a service station issue, you have numerous forum post regarding this error.

Open the top and the right door and look for any paper or other foreign material that may be blocking the proper movement of the service station. The service station is where the print heads are primed and cleaned and it also collects the waste ink.
