Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello!

The customer has a T2600 printer. When they print, it shows up in a queue, and everything looks fine until it's done printing the first page. Then it pauses and will not print another page. They have to force it to print the pages after the 1st one. 
paper type is fine, quality is fine.
