Just installed a new T3500PS . can we scan to PDF files other then PDF/A mode?

Hi,

 

Yes, you need to change this setting on Adobe :

 

- Edit

- Preferences

- Documents

- PDF/A View Mode

- View documents on PDF/A mode

- Change to Never

Unforunately, the above answer only addresses how Acrobat handles PDF/A files. It doesn't change how the T3500 creates the file itself. We've recently asked that the HP Development team replace the PDF/A scan standard on our deployed units and it's a work in progress.
