I HAVE A BLUE SCREEN WITH ERROR CODE B33038E0 ON START UP.
I HAVE UNPLUGGED, REBOOTED ALREADY. TRIED TO DOWNLOAD NEW DRIVERS
AS START POINT.
THERE WAS A SIMILAR MESSAGE FOR A 36 INCH WIDE PRINTER THAT
HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IP ADDRESS.
ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED.

Hi,
Yes, you can follow the recommendations of a 36in models for your 24.
What was the printer doing when the error came up?
Best regards

Hi,
Since the issue started when trying to print.
Have you try disconnecting the printer from your computer, or the network and reboot?
Also, check for any pending jobs on the spooler and delete them
If posible, do a eerom reset.
Best regards

Hi,
The correct wording is Hard Reset
Keep pressing 15 second Power button until show the Support Menu, go to option number 3 "Resets" and select the option 3.3 Hard Reset (The pin number is 3746)
Use it as a last option

Mike: Can not hold the on/off button down to where the screen changes. Its not possible.
Called HP Support. They charged me $ 39 dollars for a support contract.
Next, they told me what the error code meant.... my PCA card is shot and needs to be
replaced for $ 600 - $ 700 (over the phone).
I am a little sore that a company I have been loyal to would charge me $ 39 to answer an error code
question that seemed rather easy for them to do.
I have a warranty through square trade and am pursueing that. Thanks for trying.
regards,
Anthony
