T650 does not print all black lines

T650 does not complete some black lines. The problem occurs when printing from PowerPoint and when simply printing a status report from the printer menu. The issue is repeatable in that it occurs at the same places within the printout.

I've run the diagnostic/calibration routines but did not see any improvement. The other colors print correctly.

Here's a T650 status report that shows the problem. I haven't seen this problem before. Any suggestions? Thanks, Frank

I currently cannot see the sample you have posted but am curious if you have printed a print quality report to see if possibly you have a bad group of jets in the black print head.
