Hello,

 

we have replaced the MK ink because printer said ink MK is empty. We've inserted two new ones but message is the same.

Inks are within warranty and original. What can this be?

And you can't reach the Webinterface with the ip adress or even ping the device.

Makes a Firmware Update sense?

Are you using 72 b inks?

Please update the firmware.

We checked all inks. The PK ink was empty not the MK. But printer displayed definitely the MK ink. So wrong display message.

We've replaced the PK and all works fine.
